GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Welcome back to School 2025

A huge welcome to all our new starters this term and all those pupils returning after the summer break. 

It has been lovely seeing the children coming in happy and ready to learn.

This week the children have been discussing, thinking about, planning and creating Art work along the theme of ‘What is Art?’ across all the different year groups in the school. Here are a few examples of pieces. 

One piece from each class will be chosen to take to be put on display in Bourne Hall as part of the Epsom and Ewell Art Festival which local schools from the borough take part in.

It is a wonderful example of the work by a local community of schools.
