Year 6 Residential - Grittleton House

Our Year 6 children had a truly unforgettable week at Grittleton House in Wiltshire, where they demonstrated—on a daily and even hourly basis—our Vale Learner quality of Embracing Challenge.

Whether tackling adventurous activities, trying new experiences, or supporting one another through busy days, they showed resilience, enthusiasm, and a brilliant team spirit.

Each year, we also present two pupils with our special “Good Egg!” awards, recognising those who have gone above and beyond. This year, as in so

many others, it was almost impossible to choose—our whole cohort shone!
