Year 6 Leavers

This week, we said a fond farewell to our wonderful Year 6 pupils as they prepared to take their next steps towards secondary school. Their leavers’ assembly was a fantastic celebration of their time at The Vale and reflected the immense pride they have in their school, their achievements and one another. Full of humour, memories and outstanding singing, the assembly entertained us all while also capturing the strong friendships and supportive team spirit that have characterised this year group throughout their journey with us.

It was a privilege to send them on their way with their yearbooks, learning portfolios and a Vale pen—special keepsakes to remind them of their time here and the many memories they have created. We know they will look back on their years at The Vale with great fondness and pride.

We were also delighted to present our annual Year 6 awards, recognising pupils who have demonstrated exceptional talent, commitment and achievement:

We are incredibly proud of every member of Year 6 and all they have contributed to our school community.
